It’s not a museum
Norfolk is rural. The scene is scattered. There is no club, no venue, no licensed space. The community exists in the villages, the towns, the fields. It is not visible. It is not legal. It is there — like a cosmic forest, silent and ancient.
You know the risk. You keep it quiet. That’s the point.
The grey zone
The UK has no legal framework for cannabis social clubs. Norfolk has no arrangement like Teesside. The scene is informal, online, and vulnerable to enforcement.
Note to self: The UK Government says it has "no plans to change the law". Class B. 14 years for supply. The law is the law.
The paradox
Norfolk is quiet. That doesn't mean it's empty. The Telegram group is where the conversation continues — like roots under the fields, like stars above them.
